If you have made it to this page, you are likely engaged and planning a wedding! Congratulations! Best wishes! It probably seems surreal, but it’s your turn, your day, and I am honored that you are considering having me be a part of it. On a wedding day, your wedding day, I promise to be much more than a photographer. I will be a dress fluffer, a bouquet holder, a boutonniere fastener, a makeup blotter, and an overall cheerleader.
I want to hear all about the day you have in mind for your wedding…give me all the details! The purpose of this meeting is to get to know one another and be sure we are a good fit for your wedding day!
A few administrative tasks happen at this point—proposal acceptance, contract signing, and retainer payment—then we are official and your date is saved with ARHP!
Time to choose a location, time, and dare I say theme for your engagement session! I encourage all my couples to choose a location that is representative of them and their love, like a place that you enjoy together or the place that you first met!
I meet with each of my couples for a pre-wedding consultation where we review all the details of your upcoming wedding day. We will craft a timeline, go over colors, family formals, and take note of any special occurrences, heirlooms, or traditions that will take place on your wedding day to make sure we are serving you to the best of our ability.
The planning is complete, and it is your day to say, “I do,” to your fiancée. Using the timeline we have crafted together, we will make sure your wedding day goes smoothly, while capturing all of the big moments and even some of those sweet, sentimental in-betweens. Time to celebrate!
