let's whip that brand into shape
I recently had the privilege of conducting a branding photoshoot with Morgan, the founder of Blue Zone Fitness. Morgan’s goal is to educate and empower women during their own fitness journey to help them improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being. It was a blast being able to capture her spirit and vision during our recent branding photography session, and it’s clear that she is revolutionizing the fitness world, one gym at a time.
Morgan is not just a fitness expert; she’s an entrepreneur on a mission. Her goal? To sell fitness programs to gyms specifically tailored to women’s physiological needs. As a dedicated cardio athlete she recognized a gap in the market for fitness programs that cater specifically to women’s unique needs. Morgan used her athletic background to design these cutting-edge programs, believing that understanding the body is crucial for optimized performance.
One key aspect Morgan emphasizes in her programs is the understanding that women’s bodies undergo different phases, each requiring specific types of exercises. By scheduling workouts around these physiological changes, women can achieve their fitness goals more efficiently, maximizing their potential while taking care of their bodies. It’s a nuanced approach that she feels many gyms currently overlook, and it is this understanding that sets Blue Zone Fitness apart.
During our photography branding session, I noticed that Morgan was keen to show more than just a fitness trainer’s aesthetic. There was no overstated emphasis on clean eating, which is so often prevalent in the fitness industry. Once her business goals were identified, we collaborated to translate those goals into a cohesive visual storytelling strategy. We used various workout equipment and objects that encapsulated her brand’s ethos—smart, comprehensive fitness solutions designed for women, by a woman.
Capturing a brand’s identity in a photography branding session is critical. It communicates to the audience the brand’s core, ethos, and unique selling offer. The brand narrative is brought to life through visually appealing and cohesive pictures, which helps to increase customer awareness, trust, and emotional connection. Each shot was designed to highlight Morgan’s drive and passion as a cardio athlete, her dedication to research and creating female-focused programs, and her intent on making a significant impact in the world of women’s fitness. As a photographer, it was refreshing to capture not only the physical aspect but also the intellectual and entrepreneurial side of her brand. The images exuded strength, determination, and a passion for women’s health.
Blue Zone Fitness is more than just a brand; it’s a movement spearheaded by Morgan. It challenges the normative approach to women’s fitness by considering the physiological aspects that many other programs disregard. It’s a reminder that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all and that personalized fitness is not a luxury but a necessity for every woman. Highlighting Blue Zone Fitness’s brand identity during our branding photography session was crucial. Morgan and I were able to capture the unique intersection of women’s fitness and physiological understanding that the brand represents. This visual representation reinforces her innovative approach, helping to connect authentically with her target audience and differentiate her in the fitness industry!
In closing, it is clear that Morgan’s unique vision and athletic background are driving forces behind Blue Zone Fitness. Her initiative in developing specialized fitness programs that cater to women’s unique physiological needs is transforming the way gyms operate, challenging them to rethink their strategies and approach towards women’s fitness!
